www.snogg.net is an online dating agency that my friend Fiona and I ran from June 2000 until June 2004. We started off with high hopes but in the end lacked the time, money and business acumen to develop the site into a profit making business.
Nonetheless, we attracted 5,000 members, got at least one couple married and many more together, and rumours even speak of a snogg baby somewhere! We never recovered our investment but are glad for the experience, we had a lot of fun running the business and learnt a thing or two, too. Bye bye snogg ... |
