I am beginning to feel a lot more positive about things again, in fact I feel that I am finally emerging as myself again. It feels good.
Being back in Richmond has really changed my life, certainly from a social point. Friends keep popping in, we go out lots locally and many come to my housewarming party on the 19th. It's a smash.
A little bit of travelling too, biz trips to Manchester, Glasgow and Frankfurt/Seeheim for our bi-annual international sales meeting.
In the meantime I am putting a workshop together "New Start New You" on how to move on from a broken heart. Yes ok, not exactly the lightest of subjects to choose for getting into coaching but hey, I am an SME as Fi puts it - a Subject Matter Expert! I have done lots of training courses before so have a good idea on how I want to structure the workshop. I advertise through flyers and the Internet and 4 people sign up! I am a bit nervous I admit, but I am determined to see this through. First session starts on 7th November.
