Returning from Calgary/Boston trip (see November) on 8th Dec, narrowly escaping being on that B.A. plane from Boston that skidded off the runway upon landing at Heathrow two days later...

Usual pre-Xmas frenzy but I am reasonably organised this year and have got all my pressies! Found a new flat too, moving in January. Have spent the last year living in a commune with 3 good friends. Never did this as a student so figured I had to do it at 37! I love my friends dearly but the lack of space is driving me nuts. As is the commute to work which takes an hour each way. So I am moving back to the lovely little town in Surrey where my office is. The flat is very nice with the most gorgeous view over the countryside and town!

Off to Cologne for Xmas and New Year, spending the festive days with friends and family.

Thanks to everyone for 'listening' to my monthly ramblings which of course will continue in 2001. Also thanks to those who left all their lovely & encouraging words in my guestbook.

Ah yes... My TV appearance is aired this month... Feel too shy advertising the date but watch out for a show called "Sleepless"...
