Another year, another Christmas, another man ... ?!

I miss Tom a lot and keep busy with festive preperations and Christmas parties, there are quite a few this year. Fi and I are also trying to sell snogg.net, we just haven't got the time nor money needed to push it to the next level. Let's hope that there is a good business brain out there with a vision and finance.

Welcome diversions also happen in form of a weekend visit by Fi and her American friend Norman. We have a fantastic meal at Beaujoulais in Bath and a nice pub lunch at the Hope & Anchor where I first went with Tom. Hearing Norman's accent makes me feel closer to Tom; I am being soft, I know, but I miss him so!

For Christmas I decide to fly to Cologne. My cousin comes over from Dubai, his girlfriend also from London. And I get to see my brandnew nephew! He is an English baby as he was conceived when my brother and his wife were here for my birthday in February.

Fi and Liz come to Bath for New Year's Eve which we celebrate together with Mark at the Raincheck Bar. It's a fantastic evening and great start to 2004!

We are joined by Fi's sister Claire the next day and they stay for a few days. I enjoy their visit, it's very cosy and relaxing.

Well, here is to a happy 2004 ... I have a good feeling about it!

Favourite pastime:
